Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations


Part 2 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 establishes a new system of local development planning the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations are a statutory instrument that set out which specific local development documents are required and they should be prepared.

The following Regulations have been considered during the preparation of the North East Lincolnshire Local Development Framework:

  • The Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004
  • The Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008
  • The Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2009
